In December 2010, Secretary of Agriculture, Livestock, Rural Development, Fisheries and Food (SAGARPA) awarded a grant to SIF ICAP to collaborate on a study regarding the feasibility of a system for linking producers and institutional buyers under the Support Program 2010, the undersecretary of Agribusiness.
